Hop on - Hop off

1. What do I do with a ticket bought on-line?
   You just need to show the printed ticket at the counter on the Place de la Constitution and you will receive the real ticket in exchange, valid for 24 hours.
2. When does the Hop On Hop Off run?
   During winter season 2009-2010 the Hop On Hop Off runs every Saturday and Sunday from 01.11.2009-21.03.2010.
3. Where can I buy my tickets?
   Tickets can be bought at our selling counters at the Place de la Constitution, with the driver, at the Luxembourg City Tourist Office and in all participating hotels and online.
4. Where and how can I reserve a group?
   Groups can be reserved through the following phone number: +352 26 65 11 (Monday-Friday from 08h00-18h00) or when filling out the contact file. Groups as of 10 persons receive a reduced price of € 11 per person. We would very much appreciate if groups would be announced in advance.
5. Are the busses wheelchair accessible?
   Yes, the busses are wheelchair accessible. In every bus places are reserved for wheelchairs.
6. Are dogs allowed?
   Yes, dogs are allowed, but only if guided on lead.
7. How many stairs does the bus have?
   The bus has 2 stairs going up / down with 8 steps each.
8. Can I hop off during the journey?
   Yes, you can hop off at any of our official bus stops.

The Pétrusse Express

1. When does the Pétrusse Express run?
   The season 2010 restarts on 26.03.2010.
2. Where and how can I reserve a group?
   Groups can be reserved through the following phone number: +352 26 65 11 (Monday-Friday from 08h00-18h00) or when filling out the contact file. Groups as of 10 persons receive a reduced price of € 7 per person. Groups must be announced in advance as only 45 seats are available per train.
3. Can I hop off during the journey?
   No, the journey takes about 1 hour and you can’t hop off in between.
4. Where can I buy my tickets?
   Tickets can be bought at the counter on Place de la Constitution and online.
5. How many seats does the train have?
   The train has 45 seats.
6. Can the train be rented separately?
   Yes, the train can be rented separately. The costs are € 300/hour (without tax) + evtl. extra costs for the journey when not starting from place de la Constitution. Reservations can be made through +352 26 65 11 (Monday-Friday 08h00-18h00) or when filling out the contact file.
